FULL PRIVACY NOTICE - TARGET FIRST AID LTD;

Individuals who are clients of Target First Aid Ltd;

As an individual client of Target First Aid Ltd; we hold certain information about you.

We outline below the ways in which we deal with this information.

We need to process your personal data regarding contact details for the legitimate interest of being able to offer you training and enable you to complete that training.

What personal data do we hold?

Contact details, including name, address, telephone numbers and email address.

The above data is only collected from individuals, when you give your consent and supply it to us directly.

What will we do with your personal data?

We will hold your contact details on our booking confirmation form and on the course registers on the Target First Aid Ltd; database;

If you are completing an accredited qualification we only share your name and assessment results with the awarding body - First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).
If you cancel a course, we will erase your details on cancellation unless you consent to Target First Aid Ltd; sending details of future courses.
If you are completing a qualification, we are required to keep your assessment papers, course register and feedback forms for three years. [Paper copies]
If you give consent on your feedback form, we will contact you with details of future courses.
If you give signed consent on your feedback form, we may use your feedback comment on our website – in the testimonials section.
Your personal data will not be shared with a third party, apart from name and assessment result if audited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).

What is the legal basis for our use of your personal data?

We need to process your personal data regarding contact details for the legitimate interest of being able to offer you First Aid training you have requested in order to achieve your chosen qualification. The legal basis for sharing your feedback comments and keeping your details for future marketing are that you have given consent.

How long will we hold your data?

We will only keep the personal data that you have consented for us to hold, because you have asked us to provide training in order to achieve a First Aid qualification through Target First Aid Ltd.

If you do not wish your personal details to be held by Target First Aid Ltd; after your training, your personal details will be erased from the Target First Aid Ltd; database. We only keep your details if you have given us signed consent to hold your details in order to send you details of future courses.

Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold about you and to ask us to correct your personal data if there are any errors or it is out of date. You also have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing or to transfer or erase your personal data.

We will only keep the personal data that you have consented for us to hold, because you requested to complete a training course offered by Target First Aid Ltd. If you contact us in writing or via email to say you no longer wish us to hold your contact details for marketing or feedback comments; we will respond as quickly as possible and remove your details from our database. However, we are required to keep the original assessment paper, register and feedback form [these are not held on the computer] from your course, until your qualification expires [Three years] as stated in our terms and conditions.
